Privacy policy

We ask for very little on this site, and this page sets out exactly what that little is. Two fields on the order form — a name and a phone number — are all we need to ring you back about Glucagora and arrange the parcel. Nothing else is required, nothing is bought in from anywhere else, and nobody is asked to open an account.

What we collect

• Your name. So the consultant on the phone knows who they are speaking to and the courier label is right.
• Your phone number. The only way we confirm an order. We do not text marketing to it.
• Your delivery address. Taken during that call rather than typed into the form, and passed to the courier and no one else.
• Basic technical data. Page requests, browser type, approximate region — the ordinary traces any website leaves, used to keep the site working.

Why we hold it

To confirm the order, to get the tub to the door, and to answer you if something goes wrong with a delivery. That is the whole list. We do not build profiles, we do not score customers, and we do not sell contact details to anyone — not to advertisers, not to other shops, not to data brokers.

How long it stays

Order records are kept while the order is live and for a short period afterwards in case of a query about the parcel, then deleted. If you asked about the product but never ordered, the note goes as soon as the question is answered.

How it is looked after

Access is limited to the people who process orders. Connections to this site are encrypted, and the number you leave is not published, shared on social platforms or exposed anywhere on the site.

Asking us to change or delete it

Write to [email protected] and say what you want done — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We reply from the same address, and we will not ask you for a document or a password to prove who you are. If you would rather not be called back at all, say so in the same email and the number goes.

Changes to this page

If the way we handle orders changes, this page is updated at the same time. The version you are reading is the one that applies to orders placed in 2026.
