Cookie policy

Every website leaves a few small files in the browser so that pages hold together between clicks, and the product page for Glucagora is no exception. None of them contains your name, your number or anything you typed into the order form — they are short technical markers and counters. Here is what is stored and how to get rid of it.

The kinds we use

  • Necessary. Keep your session alive, remember that a form has been submitted, and stop the same page reloading endlessly. Switch these off and the site stops working properly.
  • Preference. Remember which language version you are reading and whether you have already dismissed a notice, so you are not asked twice.
  • Measurement. Count visits in aggregate — which pages get read, where people stop scrolling. Numbers only, no individuals.

How long they last

Session files disappear the moment you close the tab. The rest expire on their own after a set period, and clearing your browsing history removes them immediately.

Turning them off

The control sits in your browser, not on this site, and it is a few taps in every one of them:

  • Chrome — Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Delete browsing data.
  • Safari — Settings, then Safari, then Block All Cookies or Clear History and Website Data.
  • Firefox — Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge — Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies.

Most browsers also offer a private window, which throws everything away as soon as you close it.

What we do not do

We do not use these files to follow you around other websites, we do not sell what they record, and we do not tie them to the phone number you leave when you order.

Ask us

If you want to know what a particular file on this site is for, email [email protected] and we will tell you plainly.
